80% of the total invoice amount is payable immediately upon official order confirmation via email. The remaining 20% is due on the confirmed delivery date, as per official correspondence.
Refunds are applicable only in cases of pre-dispatch cancellation, defective goods, or confirmed non-delivery. No refunds will be processed post-dispatch or for buyer-side requirement changes. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
