What to expect from a village-led journey.
Each itinerary is planned around the season, host availability, road conditions and the interests of your group. Final routes and inclusions are confirmed in writing before travel.
Best time to travel
March to June and September to November generally offer comfortable walking conditions. Monsoon and winter routes depend on the district, altitude and current road access.
What is included
Your proposal can include local hosts, village transfers, meals, guided activities, workshops and accommodation. Flights, insurance and personal purchases are quoted separately unless stated.

In Kumaon: wild-harvest routes around Munsiyari and Pithoragarh, millet-belt terraces near Almora, and the Aipan artisan clusters of Nainital and Ranikhet. On the Garhwal side: Chakrata in Dehradun district, sea buckthorn valleys near Chamoli, apple and apricot country around Uttarkashi, and the pilgrim-route villages of Rudraprayag and Tehri.
