What we do not claim

Himalayan Region does not claim organic certification. If you need organic, tell us before we quote. Values marked "typically" on product pages are market-reference ranges, not guarantees. The specification, shelf life, HS code and lead time that apply to your order are confirmed in writing for that batch and destination. We do not publish a certificate we do not hold.

Questions to ask any supplier, and our answers

  1. Can I verify your registrations? Yes. Each one has a verify link on the Certificates page.
  2. Which exact product and pack do you quote? Every product has a SKU. See the full list of 91 products.
  3. What is the minimum order? It is on each product page, from 10 kg for Gucchi morel and nettle leaves to 200 kg for Mandwa.
  4. How long does an order take? Typically 1 to 2 weeks for ready stock and 4 to 6 weeks for private label, before sea freight. The quotation confirms it.
  5. Which trade terms do you offer? FOB, CIF, CFR or EXW.
  6. Can I see a test report first? Ask for a COA for the batch you plan to order, with your quotation request.
  7. Where does the product come from? From Self-Help Group villages in Kumaon and Garhwal, Uttarakhand. See our story.
  8. Can you pack under my brand? Yes, see private label.
