What to know before you order

• Your US importer handles the import paperwork. Imported food is generally subject to FDA requirements such as food facility registration, prior notice of shipments and the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) for importers. Confirm the details with your importer or customs broker.
• Herbal products sold as food or tea must not carry disease or health claims. We supply herbs, teas and botanicals as food ingredients with no medical claims.
• Tell us the documents your importer asks for. We can provide a data sheet, a certificate of analysis for your batch, a commercial invoice, a packing list, and a certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate where required.

How it works

Send the product or SKU, quantity, destination and trade terms (FOB, CIF, CFR or EXW) in the quotation form. We reply in writing with price, trade terms and lead time.
