How long does an order take?

Typically 1 to 2 weeks for ready stock, 2 to 4 weeks packed to order, and 4 to 6 weeks for private label, counted from order confirmation and before sea freight. The quotation confirms the lead time for your order.

How do I get a sample or a data sheet?

Each product page has a downloadable data sheet. For a sample, add it to your quotation request; terms are confirmed in the quotation.

What are the shelf life and moisture values?

Product pages show typical market-reference values, for example moisture up to 12% and shelf life of 12 months for millets. These are not guarantees. The values that apply to your order are confirmed in writing per batch, with a certificate of analysis on request.

Which registrations does Himalayan Region hold?

IEC, GST, Udyam, FSSAI registration and a GeM seller ID. Each is published with a link to verify it on the official portal on the Certificates page. We do not claim organic certification.
