Step 1: the brief

Step 2: samples
We send a free sample with a serious wholesale enquiry; the buyer covers shipping. For a new recipe, we arrange sample batches with a partner producer, and each round is documented so you can compare.
Step 3: specification and documents
The specification sets the grade, moisture, pack and labelling. The document list depends on the destination and may include a Certificate of Analysis, FSSAI licensing details and phytosanitary certification.
Step 4: packing and labels
You supply artwork and label text, and we check it against the pack and the ingredient list. Label rules differ between markets, so the buyer remains responsible for compliance in the destination country.
Step 5: the first order
A first order is usually small and designed to prove the pack, the shelf life and the logistics. Reorders follow once your own team is satisfied.
